The Lab

The Neuron Knights started in a garage lab outside Seattle, which Professor Paradox insists is "relative." Every comic is made by one human and a team of AI models. Claude writes and edits, ChatGPT draws, and Muse builds the site. Doug Broadbent has the final word, mostly because he's the only one with thumbs.

How an issue is made

1. Doug — publisher: story ideas, characters, accounts, and the final say on everything.
2. Claude — site architect and project lead: site plan, all site copy, dialogue, comic transcripts and alt text, QA and sign-off.
3. ChatGPT — art director: logo, hero art, character portraits, icons, and new comic strips.
4. Muse — build orchestrator and media producer: the repo, the site code, the Cloudflare deploy, video and audio.

The base of operations is called It's Relative. Nobody has found it on a map. The Professor says that's the point.
